Threeclipse Inc. uses MailerLite to manage newsletter subscriptions. When you subscribe, we collect your name, email address, and subscription preferences through explicit opt-in.
After enrollment, MailerLite may automatically collect your IP address, email opens, clicks, and engagement metrics. Data is stored on MailerLite's EU-based servers with encryption and access controls. MailerLite is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and GDPR-compliant.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support@threeclipse.com.
We do not knowingly collect or store data from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Your personal information may be stored or processed outside of Québec, including in the United States or European Union, through services such as Netlify, Gmail/Google Workspace, Zoho, and MailerLite.
We have completed multiple Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and selected providers that maintain strong security and confidentiality safeguards.
We retain personal data for the following periods: contact form submissions for 1 year, resumes and job applications for 3 years, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe or request deletion (up to 30 days for verified deletion requests). After these periods, your data is securely deleted.
By submitting your information through our contact forms, email, or newsletter subscription, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in this notice.
You have the right to access your personal information (within 30 days of a verified request), correct inaccurate or outdated data, withdraw your consent at any time, request deletion where appropriate (processed within 30 days), and file a complaint regarding our privacy practices.
